Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, they set out the basis on which we will work with you.

About us

West Coast Finance are the credit broking trading company based in Newcastle Emlyn. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide credit broking activities.

Information we provide

We do our best to ensure that the information we provide is accurate and helpful at all times. Our recommendations on credit will depend on the accuracy of the information you provide to us.

Introductions to third parties

The service we provide is to identify from a range of providers a finance solution that we believe will achieve your objectives. You may ask for a list of the providers we use. West Coast Finance does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, costs or liability whatsoever incurred by you in respect of actions taken by the finance providers. You should read the details of any credit offered as a result of our introduction carefully to ensure that the amount and terms meet your requirements and that the repayments are affordable.

Fees and charges

For our service in identifying your requirements and recommending a source of finance we are paid a commission by the finance provider.

Complaints procedure

While we aim to provide an excellent service we recognise that we may make mistakes. If we do, please let us know in writing to the below address or by telephone to 01239 711194. General

These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and West Coast Finance. Variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be communicated to you if made before the completion of the finance for which you have requested our assistance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

West coast Finance ("we", "us") and our business partners will use your personal details (including sensitive personal data) and information we obtain from other sources to deal with your enquiries and recommend an appropriate source of finance. Be aware that finance providers will also require personal data in order to carry their searches, which may include credit scoring, and reach a decision on lending terms. We and our business partners may contact you by mail, telephone, email or other electronic messaging service with offers of products or services that may be of interest to you.

By providing us with your contact details, you agree to being contacted by us and the credit provider(s) in order to process your application.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as excluding or limiting the liability of West Coast Finance for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by English law.
